1. Can I trial Big Metrics before paying?
Yes, all plan come with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required but you can cancel at any time simply through the dashboard.
2. How much data is processed?
The short answer is all of it. For some bizarre reason, other companies using GSC data only ever seem to process the top 1,000 or top 5,000 queries - we download and process millions at a time; to date, our biggest single site has approx. 3-million unique queries.
3. How does the keyword data compare to other SEO Tools?
Through our testing, we consistently get more keyword data than both Moz and ahrefs; in some cases we get more unique keywords than both of them put together! Not only do we get more data, but we also get it much quicker. It can take months for other providers to start picking up your keyword performance, we typically start seeing it within days, giving you a truly granular picture.
4. Can I add additional users?
You can add additional users, either restricted to a single or set of websites - ideal for clients. Or full access to all websites - ideal for team members. This is free and doesn't cost you anything.
5. Is my data shared or sold?
Absolutely not! Your data is your data. We typically only view your data if there is a bug you've reported and we are troubleshooting it. After a trial is over (or you cancel your membership) your data is removed; this is our main expense so we get rid of it fast!
